Parkdale Community Yoga offers group classes for non-profit organizations, social agencies and community groups at indoor or outdoor (June-September) at a location determined by the organization across Toronto. Classes are suitable for all levels, shapes and abilities, ages, 18+.
Examples of classes offered are below, all can be modified or we can talk about a class based on interest, team/group needs.
Time & Space
1.25 hour hatha yoga class using breath awareness and asanas to move energy through our bodies, preparing for a .15 minute seated meditation.
Flow with It
A 1 hour hatha yoga flow with a mix of standing, seated and prone postures to start or release the day, all classes end with a seated meditation.
Meditation Station
Introduction to yogic breathing and meditation, sharing different techniques and considerations for beginning or renewing a regular practise.
New to yoga? Want to refresh/renew your practice? We can set up a foundations session, 1-1 or small group classes based on specific needs.
Parkdale Community Yoga hosts outdoor weekly classes through the summer months in a local park. These are 1. 25 hour hatha yoga classes with a mix of standing, seated and prone postures, all classes end with a short seated meditation. Suitable for all levels and abilities, 18+.
